Legendary actor Dilip Kumar is admitted in Hospital
Bollywood veteran actor, philanthropist Dilip Kumar has been hospitalised at Mumbai’s Khar Hinduja Hospital on Sunday after he complained of having breathing issues since past few days. The 98-year-old actor will be supervised by the doctors now. They are closely monitoring his condition.
Legendary actor’s wife and actress Saira Banu informed actor’s fans and followers through Dilip Kumar’s official Twitter handle that read, “Dilip Sahab has been admitted to non-Covid PD Hinduja Hospital Khar for routine tests and investigations. He’s had episodes of breathlessness. A team of healthcare workers led by Dr. Nitin Gokhale is attending to him. Please keep Sahab in your prayers and please stay safe.”

Actress Saira Banu also requested fans to pray for Dilip Kumar health and fast recovery. Soon after the post, many fans and celebs flooded the comment box praying for veteran actor’s good health and long life.
The actor was admitted to the same hospital for a routine check-up last month and was then discharged 2 days later after all his tests were done.
The veteran actor lost his two younger brothers last year due Coronavirus and didn’t celebrated his birthday in December. The demise news was informed through Dilip Kumar’s official Twitter handle, “Dilip Saab’s youngest brother Ehsan Khan, passed away few hours ago. Earlier, youngest brother, Aslam had passed away. On the work front, Dilip Kumar was last seen in 1998 drama film Qila alongside Rekha, Mukul Dev, Mamta Kulkarni, Smita Jaykar and Gulshan Grover. Film Jwar Bhata in 1944 marked the debut of Dilip Kumar, who went on to become one of the most famous actors in Bollywood. He has appeared in several mega-hit films like Mughal-e-Azam, Gunga Jamuna, Saudagar, Karma, Naya Daur, Kohinoor and Ram Aur Shyam.
